The Original Serum is suitable for all skin types, particularly sensitive skin with minor imperfections, and is ideal for very dry skin when applied before the Original Cream.
Advice on use
Use your serum on clean, dry skin, morning and night, ideally before your L’AUBALIEU cream. Gently apply it to the centre of your face, working outwards, avoiding the eye contour area. Massage in until completely absorbed, see the video below.

Returns policy (Satisfied or your money back)
1. Return period
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return a product and to send it back to us.
2. Product status
Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused, with all packaging and accessories intact.
3. Exclusions
Promotional products and products that have been opened or used for hygienic reasons are excluded from the returns policy.
4. Return process
To make a return, please contact our customer service department at info@laubalieu.com to obtain a returns number and shipping instructions.
5. Return costs
The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
6. Refund
We offer a full refund of the purchase price of the product, excluding initial shipping costs, upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
7. Repayment period
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same method of payment as that used for the initial transaction.
8. Legal rights
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
